I am releasing my fear of perfectionism and the release of my song I Am What I Believe I Am is symbolic of this for me.

With each negative, false story I tell myself, I try my hardest to rewrite it and tell myself what I want to believe I am. I'm becoming it!

Over the past weeks, I’ve been reminded to have patience. To move through my days more slowly and intentionally, and connect with my body.

Nothing should be forced, things should flow with just the right around of effort. If there's too much resistance, it's not meant to be.

What would life be like with 100% self belief and confidence? That's my goal for the year... to find out!

Open the door and step outside. Don't keep the door closed on your dreams and aspirations. You never know what will happen!
